Dennison group makes £500k investment in bodyshop facilities
The investment, understood to have been in the region of £500,000, included a large scale renovation, including doubling of its work space, from 18,000 to 36,000 square feet.
By taking over a neighbouring industrial unit, the operation now has much needed additional work space. The new, combined unit also offers a more professional customer entrance and better staff facilities.

At the heart of the upgraded facility are fully health and safety compliant commercial ovens that have the capacity to house all non-standard sizes of vehicle, including double deck vehicles and full truck and trailer combinations. Dennisons can cater for painting and accident damage repairs for all makes and models of van, truck, bus or trailer, as well as specialist equipment such as oil tankers, car transporters, unique government and local authority vehicles.
Meanwhile, due to increased demand for its services, Dennison Bodyshop has also heavily recruited in recent months and now has a total of 19 staff - the most that this business has ever employed. Five of these staff are apprentices involved in ‘on-the-job training’ as part of a Vehicle Body & Paint Operation Body Repair course with Riverpark Training and Development Centre in Mallusk.
Dennison Bodyshop is a division of the Dennison group of companies, which also incorporates the Ballyclare-based Volvo Truck and Bus dealer, Dennison Commercials Ltd.
