Bail refused for man accused of break in at Dungannon supermarket

A Dungannon man accused of breaking into a supermarket in the town has been refused bail by East Tyrone Magistrates Court.
Damien McFall, 22, of Perry Street, was caught when he became trapped after trying to escape through a fire exit.
Mr McFall is accused of entering as a trespasser with intent to steal in the early hours of Tuesday, 15th July.
District Judge John meehan refused bail and remanded him into custody to appear again next month.
