Ballymoney marathon mum raises money for premature babies
Julie (PICTURED LEFT) wanted to take on a challenge and raise funds in memory of her second child, Alex who was born prematurely at Antrim Area Hospital in January 2009, but who sadly passed away a short time after birth.
Thanks to friends, family and work colleagues who not only helped her with sponsorship but also with raffles and ‘dessert days’ at her office, Julie has raised a massive £4166.50. Julie’s fundraising will not only help TinyLife but will also be used to support the Neonatal Unit at Antrim Area Hospital.
