Graffiti in Feeny ‘naked sectarianism’
A number of slogans including ‘KILLALLHUNS’ were daubed on walls on the Main Street in recent days. Other slogans refer to drug dealing and the IRA.
Limavady Sinn Fein Councillor Tony McCaul appealed for those responsible to stop. “Feeny is a small, close knit community where both traditions get on extremely well so, for anyone to write graffiti like this on the wall to try and stir up tensions among people living here is naked sectarianism. It’s shameful.”

Hide AdA spokesperson from Feeny Community Association said the graffiti is not reflective of community relations in the village.
“It’s disgraceful,” said the spokesperson. “I don’t know why anyone would want to do this. There are no tensions here, no sectarianism. Whoever is doing this needs to cease because they’re attacking their own community and letting the community down.”
