Harpur's Hill pupils '˜switch off' at school!
More than 2,400 schools across the UK, totalling 800,000 students will be joining in the action.
Over the fortnight, students learn about the energy industry and explore what energy sources are available.

Hide AdOn a practical level, students will focus on saving energy at school. All the activities are designed to get young people to think about the ways they use energy, as well as sparking an early interest in science and engineering.
As part of the campaign, Harpur’s Hill Primary School received a free Switch Off Fortnight pack including posters, stickers and badges.
Robyn Thorn, EDF Energy’s Education Programme Manager said: We’re always proud and delighted with the extremely positive feedback we get from teachers who tell us that the campaign is fun for students, whilst sparking energy saving behaviour.”
