A 47 year old Banbridge man has appeared before the local court charged with a number of offences including dishonestly using electricity.
Colin Boyd from Mountview Terrace is further charged with possession of Class B drug herbal cannabis and damaging an electric meter.
The charges all allegedly occurred on 29 September.
Boyd was formally connected to the charges by a PSNI Constable and the case was adjourned for two weeks.
Boyd’s solicitor said he would be entering a guilty plea. Court bail was fixed in the sum of £500.
