Hide AdTHE official opening for Stranocum Community Centre was last Saturday and Balnamore Community Centre is planned for Saturday 18th August.
Talk cancelled
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Ballymoney Borough Arts Committee has had to cancel the final talk in its summer programme of local history talks by S Alex Blair.
This was due to have taken place on Tuesday 7 August and the topic was to have been K K McArthur.
The committee apologises for this change to the programme but plans to hold the talk later in the year.
Table quiz

Hide AdA table quiz will be held this month in aid of Clic Sargent.
It will start at 7.30pm on Friday 27 July at Ballymoney Football Club.
Entry costs £3 per person and teams can consist of 4 to 6 people.

Fun day
BALLINTOY & District Community Development Association invites you to attend a Fun Day in St Joseph’s Hall and adjacent field on Saturday 4th August 2012.
Events include: 10am Car Boot Sale; 11.30am Fancy Dress Parade-Assemble at Carrick a rede Hotel Car Park for parade to Hall; noon onwards Children’s Fun Day; 1pm Football Kickabout; 2pm Horseshoe Throwing Competition - 1st Place Prize; 3.30 Children’s Magic Show Finale; Bouncy Castles; Face Painters; Balloon Modelling; BBQ; Ice-cream; Tea & Coffee available all day. A small charge will apply.
Bangor bus trip

The bus will leave Killyrammer at 9am sharp and will return at approximately 6pm.
