VIDEO: Orange Memorial damaged at Killowen
Police have confirmed that the teenager has been charged with criminal damage.
Another male youth and two females aged 20 years old and 19 years old, were also arrested as part of the investigation. All three have been released pending a report to the PPS.

Hide AdOn Saturday morning, members of Killowen Lodge reported that a memorial stone has been vandalised in the grounds of Killowen Orange Hall.
This is the second time in the space of a year that the memorial - to those who fought in both world wars has been damaged.
Speaking at the scene on Saturday morning, District Master George Duddy said that those who had carried out the attack had done ‘little to help community relations in the area’.
The attack has also been condemend by DUP MLA Adrian McQuillan and PUP candidate Russell Watton.
