David James Bond, of Castle Park, Limavady, pleaded guilty to the charge by letter. He was fined 200.
The court was told that police on duty at Carrowreagh Road in the village were speaking to a bus driver when defendant approached. He became aggressive and used bad language, the court heard.

Hide AdBond was spoken to and warned about his conduct but continued to act in a disorderly manner and as a result of his aggression he was arrested and cautioned for disorderly behaviour.
After caution, he said he was sorry.
