Buckna only remaining challengers for Glarryford

ONLY Buckna can prevent Killymurris Glarryford from winning the Ballymena and District Churches League title for the second time.

The Braid side are some 15 points behind, but with three games less played.

Clough 'A' who currently occupy second place, can only finish with a maximum of 76.5 points – still some four short of Glarryford's total. Clough's hopes went by the wayside when they picked up just half a point from their trip to Cullybackey Methodist 'A'.

Glarryford took another major step towards the title with a four point haul at the expense of First Ahoghill 'B' – a fixture which, in recent seasons, would have been a title decider at this stage of the campaign.
