Semi final at stake as east Antrim clubs prepare for Irish Cup clash

Hide AdNiall Currie’s Carrick Rangers reached the quarter-final stage by coming from behind twice to beat Bangor on penalties in the last round.
The ‘Gers will be looking to make it three wins in their past four games when they visit Inver Park.
Larne came out on top the last time the two sides met back in April. A first half double from Lee Lynch and an Andrew Mitchell penalty was enough to secure all three points in the Danske Bank Premiership.
Larne FC reached the quarter final stage of the Irish Cup in 2019 and 2020, losing both times to Coleraine.~ Carrick have not reached this stage of the competition since 2016.
