Hide AdOmagh started brightly and were unlucky not to take an early lead, hitting the post from a one on one.
South started to come into the game, gaining good possession in the middle of the park. Omagh looked dangerous on the attack but Andrew Wallace, in his first game back from injury, kept South in the game.
However, a defensive error let the Omagh centre forward give his side the lead shortly before half-time.
A few changes at half-time, with Jonny Sykes moving into centre midfield gave the visitors a greatly needed attacking presence and they were unlucky not to get an equaliser. However, another defensive error resulted in a second goal for Omagh.

Hide AdSouth sweeper Andrew Brown then got the ball on the Omagh 25 yard line, dribbled to the by-line and into the circle where a defence splitting pass found debutant Archie Collins who calmly slotted home.
South pushed hard in the last five minutes but couldn’t find an equaliser.
