Roy defeats Francie in thriller to win Individual title in Lisburn Dart League
Roy plays his local darts for Byrne’s A in the Lisburn District Darts League, and also represents Area 2 County and Northern Ireland at international level.
Roy has now won the trophy seven times.
The local darts champion has also been in the final for the last six years in a row.

Hide AdIn the last 16, Roy defeated Eddie Moulds 2-1 in 16 & 17 darts to Eddies 15 darts.
The quarter final saw Roy beat Byrne’s team mate Soupy Campbell 2-1 in 12 & 20 darts to Soupy’s 14 darts.
The semi final saw Roy beat Marketview’s Sean Nugent 3-0 in 16, 15, 18 darts.
In the Final Roy defeated last year’s winner and former Northern Ireland International Francie McMahon 4-3.
The final proved to be a corker of a match as both players produced world class darts.
Roy’s winning legs were 12, 16, 15, 18 and Francie’s were 14, 16, 19.
